About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare management reports for Customer Service (CS);
- Manage the department's email inbox;
- Support the sales team with relevant information about order status;
- Provide internal customer support via email and phone.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in Logistics, Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Customer Success, and/or related fields;
- Enrolled in an undergraduate (bachelor's) or technologist program with evening classes — cannot be attending full-time daytime courses;
- Available to intern for at least 1.5 to 2 years;
- Reside in São Paulo and/or have easy access to commute to the region;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
- Strong corporate communication skills;
- Intermediate English and Spanish.
