About the role

  • Deliver consecutive and simultaneous interpretation in high-pressure scenarios, including medical diagnostics, legal proceedings, and emergency service dispatch.
  • Navigate complex jargon across diverse sectors (Medical, Legal, Finance, and Public Safety) with zero latency.
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards of the interpretation industry, maintaining strict confidentiality and impartial mediation at all times.
  • Act as a cultural consultant, identifying and resolving potential linguistic friction points before they impact the dialogue.
  • Manage a high-volume professional queue via a proprietary cloud-based platform, ensuring a secure and optimized technical environment.

Requirements

  • Native-level or C2 mastery of both Russian and English.
  • Only candidates with EU Citizenship or a valid Portuguese Residency Card will be considered.
  • Superior active listening and short-term memory skills, with the ability to process and re-state complex information instantly.
  • The ability to maintain professional poise during sensitive or high-stress calls, such as trauma support or crisis management.
  • A dedicated, sound-proof home office environment with a high-speed fiber-optic connection (minimum 20 Mbps upload/download).
