Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience or MBA with 5 years of experience
- Proven experience leading marketing strategy at scale, ideally in complex or global organizations
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect marketing strategy to sales performance
- Demonstrated people leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with senior global stakeholders.
