About the role
- Manage and respond to all incoming customer enquiries for your assigned portfolio, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Build strong relationships with institutional clients, proactively communicating to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with replenishment orders, ensuring continuity of supply and service.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new solution sales within your customer base.
- Support and execute digital sales campaigns as required throughout the secondment period.
- Track and report on key metrics, including customer retention rates, sales performance, and campaign outcomes.
- Work closely with the Institutional Sales Lead and team members to share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and virtual
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Comfortable with digital tools and sales platforms
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Previous experience managing a customer portfolio is highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Willingness to participate in digital sales campaigns and adapt to new technologies
