About the role

  • Manage and respond to all incoming customer enquiries for your assigned portfolio, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with institutional clients, proactively communicating to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with replenishment orders, ensuring continuity of supply and service.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for new solution sales within your customer base.
  • Support and execute digital sales campaigns as required throughout the secondment period.
  • Track and report on key metrics, including customer retention rates, sales performance, and campaign outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Institutional Sales Lead and team members to share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and virtual
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Comfortable with digital tools and sales platforms
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Previous experience managing a customer portfolio is highly regarded
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Willingness to participate in digital sales campaigns and adapt to new technologies
