About the role
- Respond to inquiries from French-speaking users by phone, email, and chat regarding their meal cards.
- Assist users with any card-related issues (loss/theft, PIN reset, app navigation, and payment errors).
- Help businesses and local merchants understand how to accept and process card payments.
- Accurately record all interactions in our CRM system to ensure consistency and case follow-up.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (C1/C2) is required.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid environment and remain productive while working from home.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Must reside in the Braga region.
