About the role

  • Respond to inquiries from French-speaking users by phone, email, and chat regarding their meal cards.
  • Assist users with any card-related issues (loss/theft, PIN reset, app navigation, and payment errors).
  • Help businesses and local merchants understand how to accept and process card payments.
  • Accurately record all interactions in our CRM system to ensure consistency and case follow-up.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (C1/C2) is required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid environment and remain productive while working from home.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Must reside in the Braga region.
