About the role

  • Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Help users get the most out of their meal card and their customer portal.
  • Handle account maintenance operations (account activation, card blocking in case of loss, card renewal, and security resets).
  • Act as an intermediary for restaurateurs and retail partners experiencing issues with transactions or the refund process.
  • Analyze transactions to quickly identify the source of a problem and provide precise, educational responses.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: You have a C1 or C2 level in French (spoken and written).
  • Interpersonal Skills: You are patient, possess strong analytical thinking, and have a natural service-oriented attitude.
  • IT Autonomy: You are comfortable navigating multiple digital tools and management software (CRM) simultaneously.
  • Flexibility: You enjoy the autonomy of remote work while also valuing in-person days to maintain strong team cohesion.
  • Experience: No prior experience is required (customer service experience is a plus).
