About the role
- Ensure a smooth and reassuring experience for all members of our ecosystem (users and partners).
- Assist beneficiaries of the meal benefits solution with managing their accounts across multiple communication channels (calls, emails, chats).
- Perform first-level card maintenance (activation, unblocking, blocking/reporting, management of security codes).
- Support partner merchants with payment acceptance and understanding refund processes.
- Ensure the accuracy of information provided and maintain thorough follow-up of each case in our internal tools.
Requirements
- Fluency in French: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French (C1/C2 level) are required.
- Local residence: You must already live in the Braga area. Please note that no relocation assistance is available.
- Interpersonal skills: Patient, pedagogical, and a strong listener.
- Technical skills: Comfortable with basic computer tools and able to navigate quickly between different software interfaces.
- Motivation: Prior experience is an advantage, but we welcome entry-level candidates eager to train and commit.
