About the role

  • Sell hygiene solutions to existing customers, provide technical advice and acquire new customers in your region to achieve continuous growth
  • Manage customers in the commercial dishwashing sector, kitchen environments, laundries and housekeeping
  • Conduct regular service visits and training sessions at customer sites
  • Monitor the market and competitors, derive strategies and actions and support the introduction of new products
  • Act as an Ecolab brand ambassador and share best practices in cleaning & sanitation, water, sustainability, efficiency and innovation

Requirements

  • Completed technical vocational training and/or a degree in a technical field or business administration
  • Initial B2B sales experience and technical understanding desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation competence and service orientation
  • Team player with a high willingness to learn, initiative and a hands-on mentality
  • Goal-oriented and structured working style, with an interest in dynamic workflows and frequently changing tasks across different customers
  • Proficient PC skills (especially MS Office); experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) desirable
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Valid driver's license (Class B or equivalent) and willingness to travel within your sales territory
