About the role

  • Sell hygiene solutions to existing customers, provide professional advice, and acquire new customers in your region to drive continuous growth
  • Manage customers in the area of commercial dishwashers, kitchen environments, laundries and housekeeping
  • Conduct regular service visits and training sessions at customer sites
  • Monitor the market and competitors, derive strategies and measures, and support the introduction of new products
  • Act as an Ecolab brand ambassador and share best practices in cleaning & safety, water, sustainability, efficiency and innovation

Requirements

  • Completed technical vocational training and/or a degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Initial sales experience in a B2B environment and technical understanding desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation ability and a service-oriented mindset
  • Team player with a strong willingness to learn, initiative and a hands-on mentality
  • Goal-oriented, structured working style and interest in dynamic workflows and frequently changing tasks with diverse customers
  • Proficient PC skills (especially MS Office); experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) desirable
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Driving licence class B and willingness to travel within your sales territory
