About the role
- Sell hygiene solutions to existing customers, provide professional advice, and acquire new customers in your region to drive continuous growth
- Support customers in the area of commercial dishwashing, kitchen environments, laundries and housekeeping
- Conduct regular service visits and trainings at our customers’ sites
- Monitor the market and competitors, derive strategies and measures, and support the introduction of new products
- Act as an Ecolab brand ambassador and share best practices in cleaning & safety, water, sustainability, efficiency and innovation
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training and/or a technical or business degree
- Initial sales experience in a B2B environment and technical understanding desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation ability and a service-oriented mindset
- Team player with a high willingness to learn, initiative and a hands-on mentality
- Goal-oriented and structured working style, with an interest in dynamic work processes and frequently changing tasks across different customers
- Proficient PC skills (especially MS Office); experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable
- Good written and spoken English
- Driving license (class B) and willingness to travel within your sales territory
