About the role
- Sell hygiene solutions to existing customers, provide expert advice and acquire new customers in your region to ensure continuous growth
- Manage customers in the area of commercial dishwashers, kitchen environments, laundries and housekeeping
- Conduct regular service visits and training sessions at customer sites
- Monitor market and competition, derive strategies and actions, and support the launch of new products
- Act as an Ecolab brand ambassador and share best practices in cleaning and safety, water management, sustainability, efficiency and innovation
Requirements
- Completed technical apprenticeship and/or a degree in a technical or business field
- Initial B2B sales experience and technical understanding desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation ability and service orientation
- Team player with high willingness to learn, initiative and a hands-on mentality
- Target-oriented and structured working style as well as interest in dynamic workflows and frequently changing tasks with different customers
- Proficient PC skills (especially MS Office); experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) desirable
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Class B driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory
