About the role
- Leverage tools and technology to conduct customer visits
- Recommend unique programs and solutions to customers
- Communicate total value to the customer
- Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines
- Provide emergency service to existing customers
- Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions
- Demonstrate safe equipment use
- Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry-related experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Provide emergency assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays
- Position requires a current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
- Lifting 50 lbs
- Pushing/pulling
- Standing/bending/stooping
- Working in confined spaces
- Distinguishing color
- Availability to work overtime
- Driving a company vehicle as required
