About the role
- Integrate new users, providing step-by-step guidance on platform configuration, strategic digital roadmaps, and the foundational principles of performance optimization.
- Develop and structure Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, adhering to best practices for targeting, bidding models, creative deployment, and conversion tracking mechanisms.
- Analyze specific business goals and digital customer funnels to propose tailored advertising solutions.
- Deliver continuous consultation to enhance overall campaign efficiency, maximize Return on Investment (ROI), and refine the holistic digital marketing strategy.
- Conduct proactive outreach via calls to engage new clients, highlight key platform features, and recommend solutions aligned with their needs.
- Identify opportunities for campaign expansion or the adoption of advanced platform capabilities based on client objectives.
- Share relevant updates regarding platform changes, emerging audience trends, and optimization methodologies.
- Ensure precise client progress documentation is maintained to guarantee a smooth and systematic onboarding process.
- Support clients in successfully incorporating automation, AI-driven features, and smart bidding into their ongoing marketing operations.
Requirements
- A university degree (BA/BS) or demonstrated professional experience deemed equivalent.
- Mandatory C2-level fluency in both German and English.
- Previous professional experience in either marketing or sales.
- A history of roles involving direct client interaction, consultancy, or advertising campaign management.
- Proven ability to work independently while consistently achieving high-quality outcomes.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and communication strategies reliant on performance data.
- Comfort analyzing key performance metrics and presenting actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication and professional relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, results-driven, and adaptable approach required for fast-paced work settings.
