About the role
- Conduct on-site audits (food safety, brand standards, occupational health and safety)
- Provide consulting, coaching and training on current hygiene, health and food safety standards
- Collaborate with account management teams to resolve client concerns
- Execute a scheduled number of audits with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Apply leading standards and monitor health and hygiene data
- Prepare accurate reports and maintain effective client relationships
Requirements
- Advanced qualification in food safety (recognized under LMHV, e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC)
- Business-fluent German (spoken and written)
- Residence in the Bielefeld area or willingness to travel within the region
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license
- Experience in auditing
- Experience in food retail and assessing brand standards (preferred)
- Experience delivering training, coaching, and consulting in the food sector (preferred)
- Strong communication and advisory skills
- Independent and structured working style with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
