About the role
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marine projects, including the installation and maintenance of navigation buoys and other marine products
- Ensure compliance with IALA regulations and other relevant industry standards
- Act as a QHSE Ambassador by promoting and enforcing Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across all project activities
- Conduct risk assessments and implement QHSE protocols to ensure safe and sustainable project execution
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and technical documentation
- Conduct site assessments and surveys to determine project requirements
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Oversee on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions during project execution
- Maintain accurate project records and provide regular progress reports to management
- Travel to project sites across Saudi Arabia as required to support project implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marine services, marine construction, or related industries
- Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of navigation buoys or other marine products
- Knowledge of IALA (International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities) regulations
- Familiarity with QHSE standards and practices in marine projects
- Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing safety protocols
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Saudi Arabia as required
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia
