About the role

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marine projects, including the installation and maintenance of navigation buoys and other marine products
  • Ensure compliance with IALA regulations and other relevant industry standards
  • Act as a QHSE Ambassador by promoting and enforcing Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across all project activities
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement QHSE protocols to ensure safe and sustainable project execution
  • Prepare project schedules, budgets, and technical documentation
  • Conduct site assessments and surveys to determine project requirements
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
  • Oversee on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions during project execution
  • Maintain accurate project records and provide regular progress reports to management
  • Travel to project sites across Saudi Arabia as required to support project implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marine services, marine construction, or related industries
  • Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of navigation buoys or other marine products
  • Knowledge of IALA (International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities) regulations
  • Familiarity with QHSE standards and practices in marine projects
  • Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing safety protocols
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel to project sites across Saudi Arabia as required
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia
