About the role

  • Own the end-to-end product roadmap for device processing technology.
  • Achieve measurable reduction in cost per unit processed.
  • Develop homegrown inventory and operational systems.
  • Integrate and optimize Warehouse Management System.
  • Drive initiatives that create efficiency gains and additional value capture from devices.
  • Provide reporting and instrumentation for operational visibility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in operational, warehouse, supply chain, or inventory-heavy environments.
  • Experience owning or implementing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Deposco experience is a plus.
  • Proven success improving efficiency in complex, multi-stage workflows.
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort defining operational KPIs with data teams.
  • Experience with inventory state transitions, condition-based workflows, refurbishment, repair, or reverse logistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior IC in a cross-functional, execution-focused environment.
