About the role
- Responsible for achieving sales targets in South China
- Develop the regional strategy for project business as well as direct business with door manufacturers (OEMs)
- Lead and develop the regional sales team on site
- Work closely with the sales management in Zhuhai
- Manage and evaluate the existing network of direct customers and distribution partners
- Support the entire project cycle for strategic large-scale projects
- Gather competitive intelligence and analyze market trends
Requirements
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a comparable technical field
- Several years of sales leadership experience, ideally including management of teams and distributor networks
- At least 5–8 years of experience in project sales (preferably building materials, hardware, or security technology)
- Deep expertise in the Chinese market
- Fluent Mandarin language skills
- Good, fluent German and/or English skills
