About the role

  • Set up and further develop our ECO Academy as the central platform for training
  • Deliver product trainings and certification courses for our employees and external partners (e.g., hold-open systems, swing door drives, emergency-exit terminals)
  • Create and maintain training materials (presentations, handouts, exam sheets, etc.) — up-to-date, clear and practice-oriented
  • Organize trainings: from planning and invitations through delivery to follow-up
  • Develop new training formats (in-person, eLearning, blended learning) together with the team
  • Work closely with product management, service, sales and marketing

Requirements

  • Technical background, e.g., vocational training as a technician, experience with door hardware / doors / drive technology or in technical sales of complex products
  • Initial experience delivering trainings or working as a trainer is an advantage
  • Enjoy working with people, strong didactic skills and the ability to convey knowledge clearly
  • Technical understanding and willingness to familiarize yourself with our products
  • Willingness to travel within Germany (approx. 30–40%, occasional travel within Europe)
  • Confident use of MS Office and common online tools
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality and strong customer orientation
