About the role
- Technical consultation for architects, general contractors, building owners/clients and project developers
- Expanding existing relationships and acquiring new contacts from the aforementioned target groups
- Actively supporting construction projects from the planning phase through to completion
- In coordination with field sales/outside sales and their customers, specifying scopes of work and clarifying technical details as part of offer/tender preparation for projects
- Active networking, including with industry partners
- Monitoring competitors and the market with regard to potential innovations
- Documenting project and networking activities in the CRM system
- Participation in and execution of marketing activities, such as events and trade fairs
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or a commercial or technical vocational qualification
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience
- Strong service and customer orientation and enjoyment in working with people
- Good user-level knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
- Quick comprehension and the ability to prioritize daily tasks
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Good written and spoken English
