About the role
- You are the main point of contact between ECO Schulte and our customers
- You handle customer requests and independently manage a defined portfolio of customers
- You respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on them
- You process complaint cases up to and including issuing credit notes
- You create customer-specific price lists and maintain pricing agreements in our ERP system
- You monitor key performance indicators and report them to your supervisors
- You maintain customer data in our CRM system
- You work actively with the field sales team and other internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Strong customer-service orientation and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
- Quick comprehension and the ability to prioritize tasks during the working day
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong interest in technical product areas
