About the role

  • You are the main point of contact between ECO Schulte and our customers
  • You handle customer requests and independently manage a defined portfolio of customers
  • You respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on them
  • You process complaint cases up to and including issuing credit notes
  • You create customer-specific price lists and maintain pricing agreements in our ERP system
  • You monitor key performance indicators and report them to your supervisors
  • You maintain customer data in our CRM system
  • You work actively with the field sales team and other internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience
  • Strong customer-service orientation and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
  • Quick comprehension and the ability to prioritize tasks during the working day
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong interest in technical product areas
