About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Outreach Manager leads the growth and implementation of a national student success initiative.
Partnering with colleges and universities to improve student outcomes and institutional success.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Student and Career Success Grant programs, student financing options, financial literacy, default prevention, and student loan counseling.
Lead outreach efforts through email campaigns, referrals, webinars, demonstrations, and presentations.
Manage ongoing relationships with assigned schools, including conducting campus visits and providing consultative support.
Present programs, services, and outcomes to senior campus leadership and key stakeholders.
Coordinate and implement campus services and initiatives aligned with institutional priorities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
5+ years of experience in higher education, financial aid, student lending, career services, grants administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience building relationships, consulting, or partnering with higher education institutions and stakeholders.
Demonstrated knowledge of student success initiatives, financial literacy, student financing, and/or student loan programs.
Experience presenting, training, or delivering educational programs to a variety of audiences.
