About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Outreach Manager leads the growth and implementation of a national student success initiative.
  • Partnering with colleges and universities to improve student outcomes and institutional success.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Student and Career Success Grant programs, student financing options, financial literacy, default prevention, and student loan counseling.
  • Lead outreach efforts through email campaigns, referrals, webinars, demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with assigned schools, including conducting campus visits and providing consultative support.
  • Present programs, services, and outcomes to senior campus leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and implement campus services and initiatives aligned with institutional priorities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in higher education, financial aid, student lending, career services, grants administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience building relationships, consulting, or partnering with higher education institutions and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of student success initiatives, financial literacy, student financing, and/or student loan programs.
  • Experience presenting, training, or delivering educational programs to a variety of audiences.
