About the role

  • Take the lead in preparing manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals.
  • Design and run advanced analytics models to uncover trends in patient care.
  • Contribute to extracting and refining data from Electronic Health Records.
  • Conduct targeted and systematic literature reviews.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL is essential.
  • Knowledge & exposure working with healthcare utilization, EHR, claims, or other observational clinical dataset is preferred.
  • Proven Track Record as a lead or contributing author in peer-reviewed journals.
  • A solid understanding of the healthcare landscape, how clinical data is structured, and quantitative research methods commonly used in applied health research are required.
  • Candidates must be either Advanced PhD students or Postdoctoral researchers in relevant fields.
