About the role

  • Design, own, and continuously evolve eClinical Solutions' enterprise AI Governance Framework
  • Lead the AI Value Office (AIVO) as the central hub for measuring and tracking AI initiatives
  • Serve as the enterprise steward of the existing AI architecture blueprint
  • Scale a Center of Automation and AI (CoA+) that serves as the internal knowledge hub for AI best practices
  • Serve as the primary program lead for eClinical Solutions' network of department AI Champions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field required
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in AI and technology leadership
  • Demonstrated experience designing and operating an AI governance framework
  • Proven track record establishing and running an AI Value Office
  • Direct experience building AI agents or multi-agent systems
  • Solid technical foundation in AI/ML, LLMs, and agentic AI systems
  • Experience in clinical research, life sciences, or health technology
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical AI teams
  • Strong executive presence and ability to translate AI complexity into clear business narratives
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills
