About the role
- Define and champion the cross-product strategy for AI capabilities within the elluminate platform
- Identify use cases where machine learning, NLP, and generative AI can revolutionize data workflows, insights, and automation
- Partner with data science and engineering leads to assess feasibility, define success metrics, and shape responsible implementation approaches
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and healthcare-specific applications to inform long-term vision.
- Lead product discovery and experimentation to validate AI-driven concepts with users and stakeholders
- Define initiative roadmaps, epics, and releases that cut across multiple teams and product areas
- Create compelling product narratives and prototypes that show what the future of clinical data management could look like
- Collaborate with UX to design intuitive and trustworthy user experiences that maximize the value of AI.
- Coach Product Managers and Product Owners working on AI-related capabilities to ensure aligned execution and shared standards
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with engineering, data science, UX, and commercial teams to scale AI delivery
- Act as a thought leader internally and externally—shaping how we talk about intelligent automation and value-driven AI
- Influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership on the strategic role of AI in the future of our platform.
- Define outcome-driven success metrics that go beyond model performance—focused on business impact and user adoption
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices, transparency standards, and regulatory considerations relevant to clinical trials
- Constantly iterate on solutions using user feedback and data to refine functionality, design, and performance.
- Establish and maintain frameworks for AI lifecycle management, including drift detection, auditability, and human-in-the-loop feedback systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or life sciences field required; advanced degree in AI, Data Science, or Human-Computer Interaction is a plus
- 7–10 years of experience in software product management, including ownership of AI-powered or data-driven solutions
- Demonstrated success integrating ML/AI into B2B software products, ideally in regulated or high-stakes industries
- Experience leading strategic initiatives that span product teams and functional disciplines
