- Analyze paperwork for issues and log completed paperwork into Excel
- Upload all paperwork to Box
- Conduct weekly audits for entry errors and correct as necessary
- Research fuel variances and compile weekly reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Finance/Accounting Graduate
- Audit, General Ledger, Reports experience
- Excel proficiency including comments, calculations, color coding, conditional formatting
- Knowledge of Box for uploading, renaming, and filing
- Ability to communicate via email and phone with stores/Territory Managers
- Proficient in navigating and using Outlook for paperwork upload
- Experience reviewing paperwork for potential issues
- Familiarity with PDI software for running reports
