About the role
- Organization & Office Management: oversight of all office operations, coordination with external partners, management of incoming mail
- Collaboration & Support: organizing meetings and events, onboarding new colleagues
- Process Design: optimizing existing workflows and contributing your own ideas
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification
- Ideally experience in office management or in an assistant role
- Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
- Confident user of MS Office, DMS systems, and digital signature tools
- Flexible and a strong team player
