Junior Attorney – Defendant-Side Litigation

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Attending and conducting hearings;
- Drafting defenses, appeals, and other legal pleadings of low, medium, and high complexity;
- Case monitoring and management;
- Updating internal case management systems and client portals;
- Conducting internal audits and audits at the client's request;
- Assisting with and supervising the work of legal interns.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent);
- Active OAB registration (license to practice law in Brazil);
- Experience in all phases of the litigation process;
- Experience in civil litigation is desirable;
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
