About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct hearings;
Draft answers, appeals and pleadings of high, medium and low complexity;
Monitor case progress and manage procedural matters;
Maintain and update internal and client case management systems;
Conduct internal audits and audits at the client’s request;
Assist and supervise the activities of legal interns.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree (completed);
Active OAB registration (between 6 and 30 months);
Experience in all stages of the legal process;
Experience in civil litigation preferred;
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
