About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Control of deadlines related to service of process and the start of procedural deadline counting;
- Scheduling deadlines for the technical team;
- Maintaining and updating internal and client systems;
- Working to reduce backlog and improve the service-of-process workflow;
- Preferred prior experience in legal controllership or high-volume case monitoring;
- Preferred experience with legal operations or high-volume controllership;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree (completed);
- Active OAB registration (6–24 months);
- Experience across all stages of legal proceedings;
- Experience in controllership (legal controllership);
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
