About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Daily review of procedural publications;
Identification and classification of deadlines;
Recording and updating information in the internal system;
Ensuring SLA compliance and mitigating the risk of missed deadlines;
Working on backlog regularization efforts when necessary;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Law;
Active OAB registration (6–24 months since admission);
Previous experience analyzing legal publications and controlling deadlines;
Experience with legal case management systems;
Good organizational skills, sense of urgency, and attention to detail;
Ability to handle high volumes of work and perform under pressure;
Intermediate Excel skills are a plus.
