Key responsibilities & impact

Primary focus: Preparation of judicial calculations in indemnity (compensation) claims, contract revision actions, and similar proceedings.
Drafting pleadings and briefs of high, medium, and low complexity.
Maintaining/updating internal and client systems.
Conducting internal audits and client-requested audits.
Assisting and supervising activities of the department's interns.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree (completed).
Active OAB membership (6–30 months).
Experience in all stages of legal proceedings.
Experience preparing judicial calculations.
Preferable experience in civil litigation.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
