About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analysis of documentation and drafting of petitions of medium and high complexity;
Monitoring and scheduling of procedural deadlines for medium-volume mass litigation;
Regular monitoring of cases in the portfolio;
Preparation of procedural reports;
Development of legal strategies and procedural arguments;
Drafting of procedural and appellate filings;
Negotiation and execution of settlements;
Technical supervision of interns;
Oral arguments and preparation of legal opinions;
Analysis of property registration records (matrículas);
Client service, including conducting meetings and exchanging emails;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree (completed);
Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
Experience in all phases of legal proceedings;
Preferably experience handling strategic cases;
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
