About the role
- Monitor procedural developments on court websites;
- Update the internal case tracking system;
- Draft basic petitions and pleadings;
- Attend hearings as a company representative (preposto);
- Prepare forms/guides and extract copies; draft defenses for PROCON (consumer protection agency);
- Register cases in the case management system;
- Schedule deadlines and verify court publications.
Requirements
