About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support monitoring of the client portfolio, tracking due dates and payment status;
Assist in updating and organizing collections metrics (Aging, delinquency, IAR);
Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership;
Help identify inconsistencies in databases and propose improvements to data organization;
Participate in the area's operational routines, with direct involvement in credit, collections and accounts receivable processes;
Support simple routine automations — those with Python or VBA skills will have opportunities to apply them from the start.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields — from the 3rd semester onward;
Intermediate or advanced Excel;
Programming logic: Python, VBA or any language — reasoning is what matters;
Organized, detail-oriented and eager to learn;
Clear communication and a proactive attitude.
**Nice to have**
Power BI or experience with data visualization;
Basic SQL;
Experience with automations, even if in personal or academic projects.
