About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the analysis and resolution of failures in wind turbines, focusing on mechanical and hydraulic systems;
  • Monitor the condition of wind assets through vibration analysis, lubricant analysis and performance indicators;
  • Prepare and review technical reports and specifications, maintenance procedures, work instructions and engineering documentation;
  • Support reliability studies and the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans;
  • Provide technical support to field teams during wind turbine maintenance interventions;
  • Participate in the management of service contracts, monitoring scope, technical performance, KPIs and compliance with contractual requirements;
  • Assist in the control and monitoring of the maintenance budget (CAPEX and OPEX), including cost analysis and support for financial planning;
  • Participate in the preparation and tracking of maintenance, reliability and asset availability indicators;
  • Contribute to the technical development of Operations and Maintenance teams by sharing knowledge and providing technical support;
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental procedures applicable to maintenance activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering;
  • Active CREA registration;
  • Basic knowledge of wind turbine mechanical systems;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of failure analysis, predictive maintenance and interpretation of technical data;
  • Familiarity with vibration analysis tools, oil analysis and maintenance indicators will be considered a differential;
  • Organized and analytical profile, with good communication skills, a sense of priorities and the ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams.
