About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a reference for the maintenance and evolution of corporate systems, performing advanced analyses, gathering requirements, and ensuring system integration with company processes;
Provide 3rd-level support, addressing complex incidents and advanced system parameterizations;
Elicit and validate requirements with business users;
Lead testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and approvals, and training for new processes/systems;
Coordinate with vendors on improvement projects and evolutionary maintenance;
Lead testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and approvals, and training for new processes/systems;
Propose and implement improvements to system and process flows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or other related fields;
Postgraduate degree preferred: Artificial Intelligence, Data Management, IT Governance, or related areas;
Experience in operational system support;
Experience supporting technology projects;
Experience in IT governance activities;
Experience leading technology projects;
Knowledge of the ITIL framework;
Knowledge of IT governance;
Knowledge of ERP systems (especially SAP);
Knowledge of project management;
SAP certifications, particularly for modules and the S/4HANA environment, are considered a plus.
