About the role

  • Support the Procurement team in analyzing quotes and proposals.
  • Monitor orders, deadlines, and deliveries, providing support for the management of the purchasing process.
  • Update spreadsheets and dashboards, ensuring reliable data for decision-making.
  • Contribute to the mapping and improvement of internal processes.
  • Assist in communications with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Help organize documents, contracts, and records in the ERP.

Requirements

  • Fields of study: Systems Analysis, Engineering, Logistics, Materials, Quality Management, Mathematics, or related areas.
  • Comfortable working with data analysis, including creating reports and dashboards.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools (desirable).
  • Ability to understand and map procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Interest in the renewable energy sector, especially wind and solar.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems — SAP (a plus).
