About the role
- Collaborate in the development of business opportunities for generation, storage and commercialization of energy that add value to the company.
- Lead projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders, driving project progress while ensuring deadlines, delivery quality and adherence to plans.
- Understand the necessary phases for the development and deployment of energy projects and manage schedules, KPIs and actions together with other company areas.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops aimed at enabling company leaders to make informed investment decisions on these new opportunities.
- Lead the development and management of pilot projects, committed to turning innovative concepts into replicable success stories.
- Develop tools, dashboards and strategic growth planning for Echo.
- Contribute to the construction of commercial cases for the Free Energy Market (retail, BESS, energy efficiency and self-generation).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Knowledge of project management tools, OKR and KPI tracking, and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of energy commercialization and trading rules.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and financial data.
- Familiarity with energy sales contracts in the free market, distributed generation (DG), and BESS.
- Advanced Excel skills.
