IT Support

• Own the firm’s technology operating model, including systems inventory, access standards, vendor relationships, core IT roadmap and operating routines
• Administer Google Workspace, user lifecycle, groups, access controls, endpoints, SaaS applications and core security settings
• Maintain AWS access, monitoring, backup checks and routine operations, engaging specialist engineers for material architecture or security work
• Administer Cloudflare DNS, CDN, SSL/TLS, WAF, redirects, domain configuration and incident troubleshooting
• Operate internal AI tools and agentic workflows, including integrations, access controls, monitoring, documentation and lifecycle management
• Own the corporate website end-to-end, including content, configuration, CMS, light front-end changes, hosting, testing, releases, change control and rollback procedures
• Manage domains, certificate renewals, asset records, endpoint procurement and access inventories
• Provide IT support for employees’ devices, accounts, connectivity and common software issues
• Maintain access reviews, patching, backups, security hygiene and incident procedures; escalate material risks
• Serve as the primary technology point of contact and maintain runbooks, system maps and decision records
