About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the effective implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of the EMR system.
Ensure the EMR system meets the needs of healthcare providers and supports efficient and accurate patient care.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience working with electronic medical record (EMR) systems in a healthcare setting.
In-depth understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical processes, and terminology.
Proficiency in system configuration, optimization, and customization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with EMR implementations, upgrades, and maintenance.
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, Meaningful Use) and industry standards.
2-3 Years of relevant experience
Willingness to work occasional night and weekends
