About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Outbound calling to clients providing information on products and services
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Willingness to learn all business aspects of our company and clients
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience or demonstrated equivalent training
- Excellent selling, communications and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- College graduate or higher
