Senior Consultant, SAP RE-FX – Real Estate Management
ECEInhouse Consultant connecting business needs with IT for SAP RE-FX requirements and projects. Leading integration and optimization efforts in real estate management processes in a hybrid work setup.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As an in-house consultant, you act as the link between the business units and IT, managing new requirements holistically with an end-to-end (E2E) process perspective.
- You advise business areas and internal organizational units in defining IT-technical requirements in the context of contract management and service charge billing (Nebenkostenabrechnung) in SAP RE-FX, design these solutions, and implement them independently.
- You willingly take responsibility in national and international projects for the integration and optimization of our contract and tenant processes.
- You coordinate and provide expert support (3rd and 2nd level) for the RE-FX module and for new Fiori solutions supporting our business processes and their continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or comparable practical experience.
- Several years of SAP consulting and project management experience in RE-FX, with very good process knowledge in real estate management.
- Strong knowledge and problem-solving skills in the SAP RE-FX module including customizing, correspondence solutions, initial Fiori applications and technical interfaces as the basis for implementing functional requirements.
- Agile mindset, team spirit, creativity and an enjoyment of project-based work.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new, complex subject areas.
- Fluent German and English.
