About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Technical responsibility for the further development of national and international existing properties
Development of initial project, usage and design concepts including object planning (service phases LPH 1–4 according to HOAI)
Analysis and assessment of existing building structures as a basis for decision-making at the portfolio level
Technical management and coordination of internal and external project stakeholders as well as authorities
Preparation and maintenance of technical specifications, area calculations and digital planning documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in planning construction projects, ideally in the context of existing properties and shopping centres
Experience in integrated/general planning or in a coordinating, controlling planning role
Very good knowledge of AutoCAD (Architecture); experience with database-driven systems (e.g., CRM) is an advantage
Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication and coordination skills when working with diverse stakeholders
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; good English skills are an advantage.
