About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Technical responsibility for the development and enhancement of national and international existing properties
Development of initial project, usage, and design concepts, including object planning (service phases LPH 1–4 according to HOAI)
Analysis and assessment of existing building structures to support decision-making at the portfolio level
Technical management and coordination of internal and external project stakeholders and public authorities
Preparation and maintenance of technical data, area/space calculations, and digital planning documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in planning construction projects, ideally in the context of existing properties and shopping centers
Experience in general planning or in a coordinating, controlling planning role
Very good knowledge of AutoCAD (Architecture); experience with database-driven systems (e.g., CRM) is an advantage
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication and coordination skills when dealing with diverse stakeholders
Very good written and spoken German; good English skills are an advantage.
