About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support ongoing account maintenance for the voucher business for our shopping centers
  • Responsible for monthly controls and account reconciliations for the voucher business
  • Active management of payment and voucher service providers
  • Design of KPIs for monitoring and reporting
  • Identify optimization opportunities and drive automation initiatives
  • Close collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional communication

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial vocational training (or equivalent) and several years' professional experience in accounting/controlling
  • Ideally, initial experience in process and project management
  • Enjoy working with data and performing analytical tasks
  • Team player with a strong willingness to learn; structured and proactive working style
  • Proficient in common accounting software (SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Good command of English
