About the role
- Part of the Identity & Security department; planning and overseeing changes and projects
- Supporting daily operational tasks
- Further development of key components of the IT security architecture
- Responsible for the Directory Services infrastructure and associated services
- Coordinating the operational management of relevant service providers
- Monitoring quality and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Contributing to the stable operation of Identity Governance and Administration
- Supporting the further development of privileged access management (Privileged Access Management)
- Collaborating with other IT teams and internal business units
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in computer science, or equivalent knowledge and professional experience
- Expert knowledge of IT security solutions and methodologies (Microsoft Defender, OpenVAS, CIS Benchmarks, Zero-Trust model)
- Strong experience in configuring and administering Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
- Experience with Identity & Access Management and Privileged Access Management solutions (e.g., Omada, One Identity, SailPoint, Microsoft PIM, CyberArk)
- Passion for new technologies and a willingness to learn
- Business-fluent German and good English skills
