About the role

  • Creation and management of user accounts, teams, roles, and permissions in Power Platform and Dynamics 365
  • Handling incidents, service requests, and changes as part of first- and second-level support
  • Organizing and tracking tasks, changes, and deployments in Azure DevOps
  • Supporting testing, acceptance, and deployments
  • Monitoring system environments and interfaces
  • Documenting and maintaining operational processes, workarounds, and knowledge-base entries
  • Close collaboration within IT and with business teams

Requirements

  • Experience in the operational support of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or comparable cloud systems
  • Basic understanding of Azure AD, Azure DevOps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Good knowledge of IT service processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
  • Analytical thinking, a structured working style, and a strong service orientation
  • Enjoys working in a team and communicating with business stakeholders
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
