• Analyze outstanding receivables and the payment behavior of our tenants
• Resolve and negotiate outstanding balances directly with tenants
• Clarify commercial disputes regarding contract matters and invoices with tenants in coordination with the relevant departments
• Negotiate disputes related to service charge settlements (operating cost statements) involving the relevant departments
• Develop solution options and prepare decision papers
• Collaborate with sales-oriented departments to achieve solutions
• Support the resolution of complex legal cases involving external counsel
