About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct onboarding, training and ongoing customer follow-up for the use of Eccox APT.
  • Monitor product adoption and usage, identifying risks and opportunities for expansion.
  • Support the integration of Eccox APT into clients' development pipelines (CI/CD on both low- and high-level platforms).
  • Gather and analyze technical and functional requirements of clients' z/OS environments.
  • Anticipate issues, propose improvements, and act as the voice of the customer with Engineering and Software Delivery teams.
  • Actively participate in dailies and team rituals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills to deliver training and manage client relationships.
  • Experience in systems analysis or technical customer-facing roles (support, implementation, consulting, or Customer Success).
  • Knowledge of Linux: basic administration, command usage, process, service and file management.
  • Server infrastructure: architecture, configuration, availability and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Git and version-control workflows, and experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps or similar).
  • Experience consuming and analyzing REST APIs (HTTP methods, OAuth/JWT authentication, JSON/XML, testing with Postman or similar).
  • Knowledge of Java (object-oriented programming, application architecture and system integration) for application analysis and understanding.
  • Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
