About the role

  • Responsible for ensuring client adoption, correct usage, and evolution of the company's products.
  • Work directly with users and clients' operational areas, conducting training, monitoring solution usage, identifying needs, and anticipating issues before they become technical tickets.
  • Primary owner for ensuring the client uses and derives value from the products in day-to-day operations.
  • Elicit and analyze technical and functional requirements for the z/OS environment.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in systems analysis on the IBM z/OS platform;
  • Knowledge of: COBOL; BATCH processing (JCL/PROC); CA-Endevor or Changeman (version control); IBM Db2; IMS/DB and IMS/TM; VSAM and QSAM files; CICS/IMS (transactional environments); CONTROL-M (job orchestration); TSO/ISPF/ROSCOE.
